Mr. Pridikorn Buranupakorn, CEO of Orasirin Holding Public Company Limited (ORN), stated that the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (DUSIT) on October 24, 2023, to jointly develop a Low Rise condominium and hotel on over 15 rai of prime land in central Phuket, close to shopping malls and hospitals, and just 15-20 minutes from Bang Tao Beach. Construction is expected to begin in late 2024.

ORN and DUSIT are confident in the potential of the Phuket area, which has an infrastructure conducive to the growth of the real estate market, both for residential and investment purposes. Additionally, the Phase 2 expansion of Phuket International Airport and positive tourism signals will attract both tourists and foreign investors seeking long-term and short-term accommodations, boosting purchasing power from both domestic and international markets, which will positively impact the future housing market.
